Anna and Mike (wedding)

This wedding was a wonderful wedding to be apart of for many reasons; for one, Anna and Mike have been dating since their freshman year of high school, and I was in high school with them. They were voted 'most likely to get married' in our senior yearbook, and on June 23rd 2012, not only did I get to go witness them exchange vows, but I was the one they had to document this beautiful day.

I just love it when people that I went to high school with ask me to be apart of their day, we had so much fun during this shoot.

A House on Fifth St.

I went back to the town I grew up in this weekend and I stayed with my childhood best friend (who is a wonderful artist) in her lovely space she shares with her boyfriend and his 4 beautiful and artistic children. When you walk into this home all you want to do is create, in every corner, there is a creation. The talent under this roof is amazing and this home is where they create and it needed to be documented. Also the bookshelf and wooden table was made by them incase anyone loves it as much as I do and wanted to get one custom made, possibly?

Susannah & Alex (engagement)

A perfect evening to photograph such a cute couple - meet Susannah and Alex, they will be getting married this September the 22nd and I cannot wait to be apart of it. We had so much fun taking these photographs and there will be plenty more to look at later this week. ENJOY!

Carlos & Kelsey

Carlos and Kelsey met in Chile and have just recently made the move to Madison, Wi. They got married Saturday and so many people came from Chile - it was such a wonderful time.
A wedding ceremony in English and then translated to Spanish made me miss trying to speak it on my travels to Central and South America (and also made me want to practice while I'm at home).

I had so much fun photographing this wedding, everyone was so nice and also photogenic! enjoy:

 This is Carlos' daughter, Camila.

Carlos wanted to be the main attraction of the day...

 horse and buggy.

their first dance was amazing - so good!
